Funeral Service:  11:00 AM, Saturday, January 19,  2019 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road,  Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment:  Hillcrest Memorial Park, Clinton, NC.

Survivors: Daughter: Melanie B. Hoskins (Darriell) of Bentonville, AR, Son,  Chivalry A. Moore of Durham; Sisters: Francina Gladney, St. Louis, MO and Gloria Keal of Port Arthur, TX;  Brothers: Lee George Moore, of St. Louis MO, Larry Moore, Sr, of St. Louis, MO,  and Anthony Moore, Sr. (Sara) of Atlanta, GA.; Grandchildren; Chenise Moore Bentonville, AR, and D'Neisha Hoskins, of St. Louis, MO; Great-Granddaughter, Cheniya Rose Moore, Bentonville, AR.
