A Celebration of Life Service will be held privately.

Survivors: Wife, Sharon Ruffin-Garr of the home; Daughters, Nancy Garr-Colzie and Marie Stewart , both of MA, Deidre Ruffin of Clayton, Adriane Turner of Fuquay Varina, NC and Samantha Holmes of Garner, NC; Brothers, David Garr of NJ and Steven Garr of MA; 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
