Funeral Service:  11:00 AM, Monday, May 4, 2026, at Springfield Baptist Church, 4309 Auburn Knightdale Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  10:30 AM - 11:00 AM, preceding the service at the Church.

Interment:  Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner, NC.  

Stephon was preceded in death by his father, Chesley G. Bowens Sr.

Survivors:  He leaves to cherish his memory: his beloved son, Johnathan Bowens; his mother, Clavis Bowens; his fiancée and her son, Marquetta andJaquez Gore; three brothers, Chesley G. Bowens, Jr. (Veronica), Leonardo D. Bowens (Tracy), and Reginald T. Bowens (Genene); onesister, Matwyia Campbell (Anthony); one aunt, Letha Lett; father-in-law, Clemon H. Baines; his godchildren, Jalen C. Hatton (Gabrielle) and Kayla Clark (Cameron); and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces,great-nephews, extended family members, colleagues, church family,neighbors, and dear friends.
