Funeral Service:  Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 12:00PM at State Street Community Church, 1200 S. State St., Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 11:00AM-12:00PM at the church.

Interment:  Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors: Daughters, Yanika Cherell Scotton (Tamika) and Miracle Scotton, all of Fayetteville, NC; Son, Ralph Scotton, Jr. of Raleigh, NC; Sister, Judith Perry Foster (Roosevelt)  of High Point, NC; Brother, Gary L. Perry of Aurora, CO;  Other Children: Linda Hall Wilson, Evelyn Hall Slade, Bernice Dargan, Edna Johnson, Timothy Hall (Kathy), Kevin Hall (Ava); Daughter-in-Law, Bernadette Hall; Special Niece, Tia Fears (Twan); Special Great Nieces, Jasmine Williams and Bria Fears; Special Cousins, Carolyn Smith and Harold Johnson; 16 Grandchildren; 17 Great-Grandchildren and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, church members and friends.
