Public Viewing:  12:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Lea Funeral Home, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Funeral Service:  12:00 PM, Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  11:00 - 12:00 PM, preceding the service in the chapel.

Interment:  Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner, NC.

Survivors:  Daughter, Bernice Alva McLeod (Shay); Son,  Bernice Alvin Ray Jr. (Terri); Grandchildren, Alicia Jordan, Michelle Jordan, Alyssa Dunn, Shannon Young (Jonathan), Sherman McLeod II, and Briana Ray; Great-grandson, Jonathan Young Jr.; Sister-in-laws, Dorothy Mayo (John), and Mary Crews (Claude),  and Sheila Fort-Ray;  a special Godson, Barry Sanders; and a host of nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
