Funeral Service:  11:00 AM, Monday, August 19, 2024, at the Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Interment: Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner, NC.

Survivors: Daughters, Ella Smith Bush of Raleigh, Brenda Smith McCullough of Clayton; Son, Joseph Owen Smith of Raleigh; Sisters, Marie Hunter of Raleigh, Margaret Ratcliff of Raleigh, Cynthia Faulcon (James) of Raleigh; 12 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
