Milton Melvin Tucker, Jr. of Raleigh, NC was born on April 28, 1964 in Chicago Illinois. He departed this life on April 20, 2025 in Durham, NC. Visitation with the family will be at 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, the memorial service will begin at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Lea Funeral Home, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.
Milton attended City Honors High School in Buffalo, New York and was a student at the University of Buffalo. He held various administrative jobs at Columbia University in NYC as well as the United States Power Squadrons, in a career that spanned from Budget Manager to Senior Grant Director.
Milton was proceeded in death by his father, Milton Tucker, Sr., mother, Beatrice Tucker, and younger sister, Linnie Ecton.
His survivors include: His wife Erica Woods Tucker of Raleigh, Daughters, Lauryn & Vanessa Tucker; Son, Nathaniel Tucker; Sister, Daphene Baines; Brother, Silvester Tucker; and a host of other relatives and friends.
