Visitation: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment: Pleasant Union Church Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors: Daughter, Senique Moore; Mother, Alma Moore; Sister, Anita Moore (John Perry), all of Raleigh, NC; Grandchild, Alauna Bass.
