Private Service: 6:00 PM immediately following the visitation.

Survivors: Spouse, Roseann Smith of the home; Daughter, Stephanie Anne Smith and Son, Matthew Isaiah Smith, both of Wake Forest, NC; Parents, George Gilbert Smith & Stephanie Jones of TN; Siblings, Malcolm Smith of TN, Darling Martin of OH, George Gilbert Smith, Jr of OH and Katrice Morgan of TN.
