Lynda Ruth Gilchrist of Charlotte, departed this life on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Memorial Service: Friday, September 19, 2025 at 2:00PM, Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, preceded by a visitation from 1:30PM-2:00PM

Survivors: Daughter, Karen Gilchrist of Raleigh; Sons, Reginald Gilchrist of Charlotte, Rodney Gilchrist and Michael Gilchrist (Stacey), both of Benson, NC; Eighteen Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
