Visitation:  11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment:  Mount Hope Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors:  Sons, Cowan Smith (Juanita) of College Park, GA, Stephon Smith (Donita) of Clayton, NC, Toriano Moore (Talynn) and Rodney Moore, all of Raleigh, NC; Sisters, Evelyn Sullivan of Raleigh, NC, Elizabeth Thomas of Pensacola, FL, Gloria Smith (William) of Raleigh, NC and Mary Thompson (Stanley) of Charlotte, NC; Brothers, Dwight Smith (Gail), Herman Smith, all Raleigh, NC, Rodney Smith of Jacksonville, NC; 11 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives & friends.
