Interment: Wake Forest Cemetery, Wake Forest, NC.

Survivors: Daughter, Nia Ellis, Sons, Kyle Garcia and Lucas Gregory Ellis, all of Youngsville, NC; Sister, Kimberly Ellis of NJ; Brother, Phillip Ellis of MI.
