Cemetery:  Mt. Hope Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors:  Spouse, Dianne Binns of Durham, NC; Daughters, Tonya Binns and Dumisha Binns, both of Raleigh, NC; Stepchildren, Carl Washington, Jr of CA and Keisa Bellamy of Durham, NC; Grandchildren, Jay Binns, Katherine "Katie" Binns, Elijah Binns, Deshon Binns, Niya Bellamy and William Bellamy III "Trey".
