Krishna (Garyali) Kaul

Mrs. Krishna Kaul (March 1936 - March 2020) With grief and sorrow we wish to inform the passing away of our beloved mom Mrs. Krishna Kaul (Maiden Name: Gariyali) on March 28th, 2020 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Krishna ji was born in Srinagar (Maharaj Ganj area), Kashmir, grew up mostly in the old Delhi area (Malka Ganj), and raised a family in Pamposh Enclave, GK-1, New Delhi. She was an educator, worked as a teacher and later retired as a headmistress of a public elementary school in south Delhi. For the last ten years, she spent most of her time in New Jersey and North Carolina. An outgoing and kind person, she made friends easily in the neighborhood. Krishna ji was a devoted mother and wife for whom family and kids meant everything. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Funeral services will be performed on March 29, 2020, Sunday @ 10:30am at Lea Funeral Home, 2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610. (www.leafuneralhome.com)
