Judy Rasberry

Judy M. Rasberry, age 52 of Cary, North Carolina departed this earth on September 24, 2021

Judy was born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey on March 4, 1968. She was the daughter of Earline Rasberry, and the late John M Rasberry, Sr.

Judy received her education at Burlington City High School and North Carolina State University.

During her years in school, Judy was a successful and talented basketball player. Judy’s love for basketball never ended.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Ian N. Boyd of Cary, North Carolina; mother Earline Rasberry of Burlington, NJ; two brothers, John M. Rasberry Jr, of Willingboro, NJ and Michael Rasberry of Cary, North Carolina; three sisters, Debra Rasberry of Roebling NJ, Patricia Rasberry and Monica Rasberry, both of Burlington NJ; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles; as well as a dear friend, Penny Wright-Murph.

Funeral Service:  12:00 PM, Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Lea Funeral Home, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment:  2:00 PM, Monday, October 4, 2021 at New Bern Memorial Cemetery, New Bern, NC.
