Interment:  Rand Street Christian Church Cemetery, Garner, NC.

Survivors: Wife Charlotte Oakley; Daughters, Natasha Oakley of Knightdale, Cequisha Narron of Wendell; Sons, Jimmy Ruffin of Raleigh, Brian Oakley of F.L, Quincy Pickett (Chardesia) of Selma; Sisters, Clara Seawell of Raleigh, Cecelia Oakley Benson of Burlington; Brothers, Macon Oakley, Jr. (Glenda) of IL, Michael Oakley (Eva) of Raleigh, Horace Oakley (Blanche) of Angier, Jeffery Oakley (Cheryl) of Clayton, Clarence Oakley (Valair) of Raleigh; 5 Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
