Funeral Service:  11:00 AM, Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Interment:  Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner, NC.

Survivors:  Husband, Willie Rowe of the home; Daughter, Vicky Rowe of Raleigh, NC; Sons, Sheriff Willie L. Rowe (Viviette) of Raleigh, NC and Allen W. Rowe (Alma) of Baltimore, MD; Sisters, Peggy McKoy, Shirley Debnam, Deborah Crouch, of Raleigh, NC, Dorothy Drummond-Powell (James) of La Plata, MD and Brenda Richardson of Richmond, VA; Brothers,  Louis Hartsfield, Sr (Jenny), Lonnie Hartsfield, Jr and Gregory Hartsfield (Sheryl), all of Raleigh, NC; 10 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.The family will be at the funeral home from 6:00 pm til 8:00 pm on Friday August 11, 2023.
