Visitation:  11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Interment:  Historic Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors:  Wife, Manda McIntyre of the home; Sons, James E. McIntyre III of Wilson, NC, Eric Reco McIntyre of Raleigh, NC, and their mother, Debra McIntyre of Zebulon; Mother, Rose McCallum of Garner, NC; Sisters, Lindy M. Brown of Raleigh, NC, Janis McCallum of TX, and Janise Miles (Primo) of Winston Salem, NC; Brother, Ray E. McIntyre of Raleigh, NC; 15 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives & friends.
