Visitation:  10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Interment:  Forest Hills Cemetery, 5479 Little Creek Church Road, Clayton, NC.

Survivors:  Wife, Mary S. Evans of the home; Daughters, Arenica Evans of Angier, NC, Tarshica Evans-Wiggins (Jermaine) of Pleasant Valley, NY; Sons, Mark Evans of Bronx, NY, Jackie Evans, Jr (Rosa) and William Spencer, both of Bronx, NY; Sister, Veronica Smith (Louis) of Bronx, NY; Brothers, Arnold Lee Evans (Patricia) of Cary, NC and James Larry Gibson of Bronx, NY; grandchildren, Cheneyra White, Torrie Evans-Wiggins, Telijah Evans-Wiggins, Taje Evans-Wiggins, Ymari Evans, Arianna Evans, Joshua Grant, Charlotte Grant, Jasa Evans, Junia Evans, Jackye Evans, Krysta Spencer, Keiana Spencer, Passion Spencer, Ty'King Spencer; great grandchildren, Zy'aire Wadlington, Ki'yomi Collier, Kimora Collier; nieces, nephews and a host of relatives & friends.
