Howard Richards, Sr. leaves to cherish his memories, Son; Howard Richards, Jr. of Raleigh; Son, Michael Richards (Quintina) of Raleigh; Brother; Sherman Richards (Willa Jean) of Oxford; Louis Richards of Durham; Grandchildren; Brea Alford and DeAsia Richards; Great Grandchildren; Logan Alford, Xyla Davis, Ariyah Moore; Cousin; James Chavis; Cousin; Octavia Chavis; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Catherine M. Richards, mother, Annie Laura Richards, and father, Willie Lee Richards.
