Funeral Service: 12:00 P.M. Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Interment: Corinth United Church of Christ Cemetery, 7900 Zebulon Road, Youngsville, NC.

Survivors: Sons, Kerolos Rizk (Amanda) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Hakeem Rizk of San Francisco, CA, Salib Rizk and Christian Rizk, both of Raleigh, NC; Sisters, Evon Rizk and Emily Rizk, both of Boston, MA; Brother, Wagdy Rizk (Traci) of Beaumont, TX; 2 Grandchildren, Noah and Seth of Myrtle Beach, SC.
