Eugene Hall, Sr

Eugene LaVern Hall Sr., son of the late Edward and Bernice Hall was born January 29,1936 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Eugene later moved to Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania where he attended public school. He leaves to cherish his memories, his sister Bernell Becknel, Evelyn Yancey, Doris Bridgers, all of Raleigh, North Caroline and Thelma Carnegie (Samuel) of Hyattsville MD. He also leaves to cherish his memories Mary Ann Hall(sister-in-law) of Raleigh, North Carolina, Roberta Jones(sister-in-law), Lester Flowers(brother-in-law) of Durham, North Caroline, and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Eugene was married to Mary Grace Flowers on July 8, 1956.  She preceded him in death on January 16, 2006. To this union they were gifted with six children, Willie Hall- “Yusuf-Abdul, Wahid” (Malaika-deceased), Samuel Hall (Carolyn), Sheila Harris (James, Jr.), Eugene Hall Jr. (Terrie), Dwight Hall (Da’Meta), all of Raleigh NC and Regina Curry (Derrick) of Greensboro NC.  He was blessed with 12 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. 

Public Viewing:  1:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday, May 5, 2023 at Lea Funeral Home, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Funeral Service: 12:00 PM, Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Victory Tabernacle Church, 1329 US-70 W, Garner, NC.

Visitation: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Interment: Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner, NC.
