Funeral Service:  1:00 PM, Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  12:30 PM - 1:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment:  Mount Hope Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors:  Son, Myron Whitaker of Apex, NC; Sisters, Fay Buffalo of NY and Brenda Richardson of TX; Grandchildren, Charisse Taylor Byrd (Bob) of NJ, Nylissa Whitaker, Sidney Taylor, both of NY, Myricia Whitaker Collier ( William) of  Holly Springs, NC and Erika, Keith, and Ebone Douglas of Raleigh, NC and  two very special Great-Grandchildren, Taj Raymond Chiles of Harlem, NY and Quinn Collier of Holly Springs, NC.
