Dorothy Todd

Mrs. Dorothy Todd, daughter of the late William Spencer Campbell and Matilda Jones Campbell was born October 22nd, 1946 in Mobile, Alabama. She graduated from Mobile County public schools. She began studies in the medical field and graduated from Remington College (Cleveland, Ohio) in Medical Assisting.   

She was united in holy matrimony to Tonnie Todd in December 1964. This union was blessed with three children. Tonnie preceded her in death March 2018.

Mrs. Todd was an active member of the Advent Evangelical Lutheran Church (Cleveland, Ohio).  She was loved by many because of her generous spirit, pleasant and humorous personality. Her Christian life was as good as the 7-Up pound cake that she could bake so well. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, needlepoint, action movies, and spending time with family. She was a beloved daughter, mother, wife, and grandmother.  She quietly departed this life Friday, August 5th, 2022.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Donna, David (Mariessia) and Angela; eight grandchildren; De Andre, Christian, Branden, Taylor, Tyler, David Jr., Devon, Dezmin; and host of other relatives.

Funeral Service:  10:30AM, Friday, August 12, 2022 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  10:00 AM - 10:30 AM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.
