Interment:  Corinth United Church of Christ Cemetery, 7900 Zebulon Road, Youngsville, NC.

Survivors:  Sons, Kerolos Rizk (Amanda) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Hakeem Rizk of San Francisco, CA, Salib Rizk and Christian Rizk, both of Raleigh, NC;Mother, Rev. Ruby Jenkins of Knightdale, NC;  Sisters, Renita Graham, Natalie Jones (Ricky), all of Raleigh, NC; 2 Grandchildren, Noah and Seth of Myrtle Beach, SC; nieces, nephews and a host of relatives.
