Funeral Service: 12:00 PM, Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment: Wake Forest Cemetery, Wake Forest, NC.

Survivors: Mother, Tania Perry (Corey T. Wynn) of Raleigh, NC; Maternal Grandparents, James O. Perry (Gina) of Cambridge, MA; Paternal Grandparents, James Jackson (Carolyn); Sharon Owens, Christy Gendrey, Warren Garner, Vergie McNeil, Mary Ann Mitchell, Mable Hayes, Mary Ann Justice and Ralph Matthews. Derrick Resean was predeceased by his father, James Derrick Jackson.
