Darryl Shannon, of Raleigh, NC departed this life on Monday, September 10, 2018.

Funeral Service:  11:00 AM, Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Morning Star World Harvest Church, 524 Sunnybrook Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Interment:  Eastern Carolina State Veteran's Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC.

Survivors:  Wife, Susan Shannon of the home; Daughter, Ariana Shannon of Raleigh, NC; Sons, Deyon Shannon of Raleigh, NC and Andre' Shannon of Miami, FL; Mother, Elizabeth F. Johnson, of CA; Brothers, Craig Shannon of TX, Gregory Shannon of NC, Dean Shannon of MD and Zane Hubbard of CA; 1 Grandchild. 

Following the interment, a repast will be held at the Lea Family Community Center, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Morning Star World Harvest Ministries.
