Interment:  Holly Springs Cemetery, 451 Earp Street, Holly Springs, NC.  

Survivors: Wife, Stephanie Frost Smith; Daughters, Jordan Smith of Raleigh, Myeesha Wilson (Curtis) of Ravenna OH; Sons, Mikyle Frost (Patricia) of Loganville, GA, Parris Richardson (Samantha) of Barberton, OH; Parents, Pat Ray and Margaret Smith of Apex; Sister, Ambra Motilall (Richard) of Fuquay-Varina; Brother, Patrick Smith of Apex; 15 Grandchildren; 3 Nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
