Funeral Service:  12:00 PM, Friday, July 19, 2024 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment:  12:00 PM, Monday, July 22, 2024 at Eastern Carolina State Veteran Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC.

Survivors:  Wife, Georgia Smith-Marsalis of the home; Daughter, Sharon Leverne Marsalis; Sons, Michael Anthony Marsalis (Carol) and Sterling A. Smith, all of Raleigh, NC; Grandchildren, Tiffany M. Wade, Symone A. Marsalis, Anthony V. Marsalis; Great-Grandchild, Loveleigh Wade, Nieces, Nephews, a host of relatives and friends.
