Funeral Service: 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Interment: Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors: Wife, Carolyn High of Cary, NC; Children, Vincent Brown of NY, Charles D. High of Holly Springs, NC and Carlton D. High of Garner, NC; Brothers, Thomas High of Raleigh, NC, and John High of Zebulon, NC; Six Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild.
