Cassi Taylor Lassiter, 68, of Lumberton, North Carolina, passed away on September 10, 2025. Born on August 30, 1957, Cassi was the beloved daughter of the late Theodore and Callie Warren Taylor and the devoted wife of the late James Arthur Lassiter.

Cassi is survived by her children, James Lassiter (Abby) and Taylor Lassiter; her grandchildren, Amelia, Kalila, Kaylee, and Kenori; her siblings, Robert Taylor and Gennifer Taylor; and a host of cousins, extended family, church family, and friends who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James, and her parents, Theodore and Callie.

A woman of faith, family, and laughter, Cassi will be remembered for her radiant smile, her generosity of spirit, and her ability to bring joy to every room she entered.
