Visitation:  12:30 PM - 1:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment:  Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner, NC.

Survivors:  Husband, Carl Lewis of the home; Son, Brian Lewis (Rachel) of Raleigh, NC; Sister, Juanita Dowd (James) of New Bern, NC; Brothers, James Pratt (Linda) of Lakeland, FL, Joseph Pratt (Sharon) of Carthage, NC, Anthony Pratt of Vass, NC and Marshall Pratt of Newton, NC; Granddaughter, Emeri Lewis;  neices, nephews and a host of relatives & friends.
