Apostle Orealia Melvin Lewis, of Durham, NC departed this life on Thursday, November 7, 2019.

Funeral Service: 12:00 PM, Saturday, November 16, 2019 at St. Augusta Missionary Baptist Church, 605 Bridge Street, Fuquay Varina, NC.

Visitation: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Interment: Beechwood Cemetery, 3300 Fayetteville Street, Durham, NC.

Survivors: Daughters, Monica Lewis-Bell of Durham, NC and Martina Lewis of Atlanta, GA; Sons, Terry Lewis of Washington, DC and Bobby Lewis of Durham, NC; Sisters, Odessa Ferguson of Wilmington, NC, Laura Mitchner (Edward) and Tracy Blue, all of Raleigh, NC; Brothers, Edward Avery (Jerri), Lavon Avery (Betty), Percy Avery, Jr (Vickie), all of Fayetteville, NC, Cornell Avery (Kate) of NY, Elton Avery, William Avery, both of Fayetteville, NC and James Avery (Eula) of Fuquay Varina, NC; 2 Grandchildren, Chantrell Lewis and Anaiah Bell; Great-Grandson, Tyler Lewis.
