Funeral Service:  12:00 PM, Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation:  11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment:  Greenmount Cemetery, Wendell, NC.

Nicholas is survived by his parents, Julia Eaton and Corey Johnson; father, Markey Cook; brothers, Cameron Johnson and Caleb Johnson; maternal grandmother Patricia Eaton; maternal grandfather, Donnie Eaton (Gloria); paternal great grandmother, Emma Johnson; paternal grandfather, Stanley Johnson; paternal grandparents, Larry Cook (Mary Cook, deceased); maternal uncle, Raymond Eaton (Ada); paternal uncle, Tracy Johnson; paternal aunt Iceola Cook; Godparents, Monty and Leslye Faison; a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends. 

Nicholas was loved and will be missed by his family, friends, teachers, coaches, teammates and others.
