Visitation:  10:30 AM - 11:00 AM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Interment:  Baptist Grove Church Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors:  Wife, Betty Simmons of the home; Daughters, Janice Simmons (Troy) of Durham, NC and Angelique Hugee of Rolesville, NC; Sons, Cliff Simmons (Carolina) of Smithfield, NC, Patrick Simmons of Knightdale, NC and Nathaniel Simmons, Jr (Danielle) of Petersburg, VA; Sisters, Virginia Chavis and Christine Scott, both of Raleigh, NC, Naomi Simmons of Knightdale, Gene Sutton (Reggie) of PA, Dona Sutton (Joyce) of Flanders, NJ, Alice Robinson of Fairlawn, NJ; 14 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren; Son-in-Law, David Hugee and Daughter-in-Law, Angie Simmons.
