Funeral Service: 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 19, 2019 at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, 4523 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC.
Interment: Historic Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.
Survivors: Daughters, Amoleen Diggs (Lloyd) of Raleigh, Vashti Thompson (Rev. Fr. Edward Thompson) of New Orleans, LA, Mardia Victoria Higginbottom (John) of Liberia, West Africa, Martha McIntosh, and Frances Hart (Jonathan); Sons, Jeremiah S. Collins of PA, Theodore E. Collins of Zambia, East Africa, Hilary Wese Collins (Marilyn), Christian M. Collins, both of Liberia, West Africa and David Moore (Mary); 43 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Grandchildren; Nieces, Nephews & a host of other relatives and friends.
