Joe Ann Milbourne, of Raleigh, NC departed this life on Thursday, January 10, 2019.

Funeral Service: 12:00 PM, Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Lea Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC.

Visitation: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the chapel.

Interment: Mount Hope Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.

Survivors: Daughter, Wanda Hunter of Raleigh, NC; Grandchildren, Passion Hunter, Shekhinah Hunter, Courtland Hunter, all of Raleigh, NC; Sister, Maxine Royal of Clayton, NC; Brother, Bobby Burnett of Garner, NC; a special friend, Ervin Motley of Danville, VA; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
