Funeral Service: 12:00 PM, Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Grace AME Zion Church, 1401 Boyer St., Raleigh, NC.

Visitation: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Survivors: Wife, Christie Ward McNeil of the home; Daughters, Jessica McNeil of Alexandria, VA, Neska McNeil of Raleigh, NC, and Christina Quinerly of Raleigh, NC; Sons, Tyshun McNeil of Durham, NC, Harold McNeil, Jr of VA, Christian McNeil and Arion Quinerly, both of Raleigh, NC; Sisters, Deloris, Peggy, Faye, and Leslie, all of Charlotte, NC; 13 Grandchildren.
