Interment:  Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner, NC.

Mitchell of Chicago, IL; Parents, Mary Ann Mitchell and Ervin Thomas Mitchell, Sr, both of Raleigh, NC; Sisters, Deedee Long (Sotello) of IN and Dianne Watkins of Raleigh, NC; Brother, Antonio Mitchell of Raleigh, NC; 5 Grandchildren.
