Visitation: 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM, preceding the funeral service at the church.

Interment: Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Fuquay-Varina, NC.

Survivors: Parents, James and Sandra Smith; Sister, Jamila Smith; Nephew, Desmond Leake, all of Fuquay-Varina, NC.
