Funeral service, 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 17, 2010, Saint Matthew AME Church, 1629 Bennett Street, Raleigh. Visitation, Saturday, July 17, 10:30-11:00 AM, at the church. Interment, Zebulon Cemetery.

Survivors; husband, Joseph Carr; daughters, Sharon S. Taylor and Audrey D. Simmons (Laddy) both of Raleigh; son Bryan J. Carr of Raleigh; sisters, Cecia A. Matthews of Raleigh, Cynthia P. Ross (Eddie) and Connie G. Ray (Dwayne) both of Wendell; brothers, Fredrick L. Tuck (Linda) of Raleigh, Danny T. Tuck of Knightdale, Terry C. Tuck and Rodney W. Tuck both of Raleigh; 3 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
